Broadway Symposium

The Symposium is the professional development and networking conference created by stage managers, for stage managers, and featuring Broadway's stage managers and professionals who share their experience and expertise on a numerous of topics specific to the art and craft of stage management.

Founded in 1927 by Mehron Melik, Mehron Makeup began as a small family-owned business in New York City catering primarily to Broadway theater performers and artists. Recognizing the demand for high-quality, long-lasting makeup in the entertainment industry, Mehron pioneered advanced formulations that would last throughout performances. Almost 100 years later, our iconic brand has grown from a small Broadway storefront to a global leader supplying professional makeup artists in over 65 countries. Still headquartered in New York, we continue to manufacture and sell specialty, professional cosmetics for face & body paint, special FX, theater, film, cosplay, Halloween, and creative beauty markets.
